Experience: 3-5 years

  • Be proactive to have a ​thorough understanding of the company’s product offers and its USP
  • Understanding of competitive products and monitoring the same
  • Up-to-date information/proximity of competitive products/infrastructure (educations institutions /connectivity/hospitals/ shopping/demographics/etc.)
  • Ability to ​educat​e​ the customer as to why he/she should buy a product
  • Understand product suite & positioning
  • Innovation and sense of Customer interface / relationship / management
  • ​Manage ​CRM​ interaction​ for customer customisation, documents, etc. – Pre​-​sales & Post sales
  • Close on sales target
  • Ensure a healthy sales pipeline
  • Prepare customer proposals/establish relationships
  • Creative Thinking
  • Has a hold on Kannada/English/Hindi

  • Handle Administrative work like maintenance of telephone & other equipment, housekeeping, etc.
  • Coordinate with Internal Staff & Admin Staff.
  • Handle Employee Attendance Register and Updating daily attendance in the sheet.
  • Attending telephones / transfer Calls / maintain call logs, and efficiently direct them to the sales department
  • Fluent in English Language ( Verbal & Written )
