  • Thorough understanding of the company’s product offers and its USP
  • Understanding of competitive products and monitoring the same
  • Up-to-date information/proximity of competitive products/infrastructure (educations institutions /connectivity/hospitals/ shopping/demographics/etc.)
  • Educating the customer as to why he/she should buy a product
  • Understand product suite & positioning
  • Innovation and sense of Customer interface / relationship / management
  • Interaction with CRM for customer customization, documents, etc. – Presales & Post sales

Qualification: B. Arch.

Experience: 6-8 years

  • To prepare the project brief and concepts in coordination with management and design head.
  • To compile documents related to statutory approvals and to prepare base sanction drawings.
  • To attend weekly design meeting with external Architects & other Consultants – prepare minutes of meetings and get required approvals from management.
  • To maintain hard copies of all the statutory drawings & NOC’s, and to share the copies with the external Architects.
  • To coordinate with external Architects and Legal department for necessary changes in sanction drawings.
  • To ensure all the drawing packages received from Architects and other consultants are tallying with the sanctioned drawings, received from the statutory authorities.
  • To ensure the structural and MEP drawings issued by consultants, align to the architectural intent and aesthetics. To highlight clash points in Structural & MEP drawings w.r.t Architectural drawings.
  • To review, in-depth, the drawings issued by Architects, structural consultants and other consultants to ensure Legacy’s design standards are incorporated and that all drawing related errors/omissions are corrected prior to release of GFC drawings.
  • To track, close & implement design changes by coordinating with external architects and consultants for the same.
  • To prepare customised plans required by customers and prepare options with cost sheets in coordination with CRM and monitor the implementation of the approved changes.
  • To prepare In-house design drawings for finishes_ for flooring and dado in typical apartments and common areas.
  • To assist in approval of finishing materials in coordination with project architects.
  • To have design experience in luxury apartments / real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of Bye Laws.
  • Good Design capability in terms of vaastu, lighting, ventilation and aesthetics.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
  • In charge of the company client referral/loyalty program. To ensure effective implementation and referral generation​
